Victualler as also a Silver Watch and a pair of Silver Buckles the<lb></lb>
prisoner owned to his having take the wearing Apparel and where he had<lb></lb>
Sold a Part thereof but denied any knowledge either of the Watch or Buckles. And this<lb></lb>
Informant further Saith that perceiving the Prisoner Oberg to walk very Awkward<lb></lb>
he Insisting on searching him and on such Search found the Watch now produced tyed<lb></lb>
to the Tent of his Shirt between his legs which he Cut. and that the piece of Shirt<lb></lb>
now produced is part of the Shirt said Oberg had on and which the said Watch was<lb></lb>
wrapped up in.</p>
