their Oaths Jointly and severally say and first<lb></lb>

for himself Saith that as he was driving up<lb></lb>
the Tide on Tuesday the Eleventh day of May Instant he observed a<lb></lb>
Skiff lying is a place called the Cove at Woolwich and on going<lb></lb>
along side the said Skiff he discovered the feet of a person lying<lb></lb>
under a Tilt he spoke to him and asked him what he had<lb></lb>
got in his Skiff whereupon he got from under the Tilt and<lb></lb>
after some Hentation told Informant he had got Rye in the<lb></lb>
Skift. but Informant from some<obscured></obscured>
suspecting the<lb></lb>
same was not Honestly come by asked him of he had a Bill of<lb></lb>
Parish of the same or know who it belonged to do both of<lb></lb>
which Quetions the said person Answered in the Negative<lb></lb>
That Informant them asked him of he Know to whom it was<lb></lb>

Delivered who answered he did not Informant then<lb></lb>
Signifying to the said person (who is now present and Calls himself<lb></lb>

Sacks now produced (one of which was full of Rye) are the same<lb></lb>
