the other prisoner now here also present<lb></lb>
came out of a house and asked him to go in weth them<lb></lb>
that he accordingly went with them up Stairs into a Room<lb></lb>
in which was a Bed, and when there they asked him to<lb></lb>
treat them to which he consented, and pulled out the Money<lb></lb>
he then had in his Pocket Consisting of One Guinea in Gold One<lb></lb>
Shilling and One Sixpence in Silver and some half pence<lb></lb>
and which Money they both saw. That he then gave<lb></lb>
Farrell One shilling who went out and fetched some Brand<lb></lb>
the other prisoner Nicks Sitting by him att the time said<lb></lb>
Farrell was gone on the Bed side, That when Farrell returned<lb></lb>
she asked Informant to drink which he refused, and after<lb></lb>
the above two prisoners had handed each other a Glass the<lb></lb>
Prisoner Farrell sat herself down on his left side. That at<lb></lb>
that time he was Busy in discoursing with the other prisoner<lb></lb>
Hicks but soon after feeling in his Trousers Pocket having<lb></lb>
only one pocket which was on the left Side he Missed the<lb></lb>
Guinea and A Sixpence, and therefore Saith that he has<lb></lb>
Just reason to Suspect and does verily Suspect and believe<lb></lb>
that the two prisoners above named did privately Steal<lb></lb>
from his person the said Guinea and sixpence no other<lb></lb>
person or persons whatever being present at the time</p>
