<p n="1890"> Who says that he this Examinant was found in the Kitchen<lb></lb>
of the House belonging to the Honble: <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45027_geo1460">Wilbraham</rs>

Tollemache<lb></lb>
in Norfolk Street on Tuesday the 20th. Instant but that<lb></lb>
he had no Intention to commit Felony. That as he was<lb></lb>
passing said House his Hat blew off and into the Area,<lb></lb>
whereupon he knocked several times at the Door, and finding<lb></lb>
no person within, he get over the Rails & into the Area<lb></lb>
to fetch it. That after he got his Hat & thinking there<lb></lb>
was another and much carrier way of getting out backwards,<lb></lb>
he went into the Kitchen, where he was secured by the<lb></lb>
said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45027_n1890-1">Thomas Anslow</rs>
