and was born at Longwick in the Parish of Resborough in Bucks. That<lb></lb>
about One o'Clock Yesterday afternoon he this Examinant came to Mrs.<lb></lb>

a Labouring man. That when it grew dark the said James Rixon<lb></lb>
proposed to this Examinant to join him in stealing a Dun Horse then<lb></lb>

Stable yard the said Rixon parted from this Examinant. That this<lb></lb>
Examinant put up said Horse there and offered to Sell him to <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45027_n1840-4">Edward<lb></lb>
Phipps</rs>
