<p n="1289">Who being upon Oath says, that this day about two<lb></lb>
oClock he heard a Noise in his back Room, by the barking of<lb></lb>
his DogThat he went out of his fore Room to see<lb></lb>
what it was, when he perceived a person now present who<lb></lb>

her ApronThat he asked her what she wanted<lb></lb>
and she said that she had brought a Bundle to the<lb></lb>
WasherwomanThat on this Informants telling her<lb></lb>
that no Washerwoman lived there, she then said she<lb></lb>
supposed it was the next DoorThat suspecting her<lb></lb>
to have stolen something out of said Back Room he searched<lb></lb>
her and found in her said Apron one pair of Sheets<lb></lb>
one Shirt one Shift one Childs flowered frock and a<lb></lb>
Childs flannel Petticoat now produced which he<lb></lb>
is very sure are his property and were feloniously<lb></lb>
stolen out of his said Room</p>
