<p n="1240">Mr. Delany fell That this Informant Ran to him and asked him Now<lb></lb>
he did and helped him upon his Legs and hoped he was not<lb></lb>
much hurt who replied "My dear Jemmy I am afraid I am<lb></lb>
done for"That this Informant supported him in his Arms towards<lb></lb>
the Rails at which time he observed Mr.. Allen walking in the<lb></lb>
Road and Mrs.. Morris near the Rails, going from them. That<lb></lb>
this Informant called to Mr. Morris and begged for Gods sake"<lb></lb>
that he would send one of the Coaches to carry his Friend home<lb></lb>
which Mr.. Morris Promised to do. That after this a Gentleman<lb></lb>
in a single horse Phaeton took up the said Mr.. Delany at<lb></lb>
this Informant's request and carried him to his House in Park<lb></lb>
Street whither this Informant followed him and sent for a Surgeon<lb></lb>
who extracted the Ball from Mr.. Delany's Back in this Informants<lb></lb>
presence. That Mr. Delany languished till the Friday following<lb></lb>
and then died. That Mrs. Delany's Pistols were Screwbarrell<lb></lb>
Mr. Allen's were not, but as this Informant conceives, each Persons<lb></lb>
Pistols were nearly of the same length, and that there did not<lb></lb>
appear to this Informant to be any thing Unfair in the Duel.<lb></lb>
And this Informant further says that the Letter now Shewn<lb></lb>
