Immediately and found the Poor man was Very Ill<lb></lb>
Therefore Sent for the Workhous Chear to bring him and<lb></lb>
when he Came into the House we asked him wat Parish he<lb></lb>
belonged to and wat was his Names he Said he was Very ill<lb></lb>
and Should be glad to be Passed Home to his own Parish which was<lb></lb>

I sent for the Doctor and he sent him Some Powders he<lb></lb>
took one & Departed this Life on Thursday Morning 2 O Clock</p>
