about four of the Clock in the Morning was stolen from out of this Deponent's<lb></lb>

Buckskin Breeches a pair of Light Colour Worsted Stockings a red and White Silk<lb></lb>
Handkerchief a light colour Cloth Coat and a red Waiscoat the property of this<lb></lb>
Deponent and part of his Wearing Apparel And this Deponent saith he verily<lb></lb>
believes the same things were so stolen and carried away by John Windon<lb></lb>
his fellow Servant who run away from his service at that time and has not<lb></lb>
returned to it since but hath entered for a Soldier and is now at Chatham<lb></lb>
Barracks as this Deponent hath been informed And the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45023_n582-6">David Dowsett</rs>

Lodging Room before mentioned (the same being also this Deponents lodging<lb></lb>
Room) One pair of Shoes a pair of Copper Shoe Buckles a Dark brown Silk<lb></lb>
Handkerchief striped with Red and blew the Property of this Deponent and<lb></lb>
part of his Wearing Apparel And this Deponent saith that for the reasons<lb></lb>
aforesaid he verily believes the said last mentioned things were so stolen<lb></lb>
by the said John Windon.</p>
