<p n="2468">was for Several Months Past Publickly and almost daily seen Untill the said Sunday<lb></lb>
the Twenty Sixth day of June last particularly on Saturday Evening or Sunday<lb></lb>
when she had done her Weeks Work as a Chare Woman or as She Used to Work in the<lb></lb>
Fields and Gardens about Chealsea Hammersmith Brompton and the parts Adjacent<lb></lb>
but that She had no been as Usual since the said Sunday and there Deponents Say<lb></lb>
that from Several Hints and Speecher which they heard from Several persons in the<lb></lb>
Course of the said Enquiry they have great reason and do verily believe that some<lb></lb>
Indirect menas have been made use of to keep the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45022_n2468-1">Eleanor Smallbrook</rs>

Deponents Say that if the Tryal of the said Indictments are<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
put off till the next<lb></lb>
Session they doubt not but Verily believe that by Continuing such their<lb></lb>
Inquiry and by some Other means Used in the meantime they shall be able to<lb></lb>
find out the said Eleanor Smallbrook so as to get her to attend and give<lb></lb>
her Testimony upon the Tryal of the said Indictments at the next Session.</p>

in this Deponents Affidavit where and of whom this Deponent was directed<lb></lb>

they well knew the said Eleanor Smallbrook but had not seen her Since<lb></lb>
Sunday last but Apprehended she was at Work some Where in the Country<lb></lb>
but could not tell this Deponent where And this Deponent Saith That<lb></lb>
having been informed on his former Enquiry that the said Eleanor<lb></lb>
Smallbrook was well Acquainted with one Dawkins a Soldier in the<lb></lb>
Gaurds and being directed to and Enquired of one Billars his Serjant and<lb></lb>
by him Acquainted that the said Dawkins was now on duty at Windsor<lb></lb>
as mentioned in this Deponents said Affidavit he this Deponent did<lb></lb>
Yesterday go to Windsor and there found out the said Dawkins and<lb></lb>
Enquired of him for the said Eleanor Smallbrook who informed this<lb></lb>
