is a Material Evidence for this Deponent and the<lb></lb>
Prosecutor of the said other Indictment against the said Defendant upon<lb></lb>
the Tryal of the above Indictments and without whose Testimony this<lb></lb>
Deponent and the said Other Prosecutor cannot Safely proceed to the Tryal<lb></lb>
of the said Indictments And this Deponent Saith That on the day the<lb></lb>

Charge Contained in the said Indictments this Deponent caused diligent<lb></lb>
Search to be made in Order to find out the said Eleanor Smallbrook in Order<lb></lb>
to give her Information before the said Magestrate in Support of the said<lb></lb>
Charges She being an Entire Stranger to this Deponent and this Deponent<lb></lb>
Saith That in Consequence of such Enquiry's the Said Eleanor Smallbrook<lb></lb>
Came to this Deponent at his Lord House and Offerred herself to go befor Sir<lb></lb>
John Fielding to give her information touching the said Robberrys and this<lb></lb>
Deponent Accordingly went with her to the said Magestrate where She and<lb></lb>
this Deponent where Examined touching the said Robberrys and the said<lb></lb>
Eleanor Smallbrook then deposed and gave Information upon Oath before<lb></lb>
the said Magestrate touching the said Charge as by Copy of such information<lb></lb>
hereunto Annext and this Deponent Saith That the said Eleanor<lb></lb>
Smallbrook then Expressed herself very willing to come whenever She was<lb></lb>
Called upon in Order to give her Testimony touching the Said Robberrys and<lb></lb>
then for that purpose left a direction with this Deponent that She might be found<lb></lb>
or heard off at or near <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45022_geo987">the Angel</rs>

when she was<lb></lb>
Wanted And this Deponent Saith that some Short time afterwards the<lb></lb>
Attorney Concerned in the Prosecutions being desirious of Examining the said<lb></lb>
Eleanor Smallbrook as to her Evidence in Support of the said Charge this<lb></lb>
Deponent made Enquiry at the place where She directed this Deponent as<lb></lb>
aforesaid but was informed that the Said Eleanor Smallbrook was then at<lb></lb>
Worked some Gardens or at Haymaking some where out of Town about<lb></lb>
Hammersmith but that She would return to her Lodging or to the said<lb></lb>
Angel on the Saturday or Sunday following when this Deponent left word<lb></lb>
with the people there to send her to this Deponent at his Lords House<lb></lb>
in Order that she might be Examined and give her Evidence to the said<lb></lb>
Attorny</p>
