the Second Instant he drove a Waggon of his Master<lb></lb>
to Tour & loaded the same with Old Ropes for the<lb></lb>
purpose of making paper after which it being too<lb></lb>
late to set out upon his return he left the said<lb></lb>
Waggon so loaded near to the Door of the <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45022_geo622">Macdonald<lb></lb>
Inn</rs>

& Eight o Clock at Night that about Six<lb></lb>
o' Clock the Next Morning when he was going to<lb></lb>
set out he observed the Rope at the Tails of his<lb></lb>
Waggon had been Cut and<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
found that two<lb></lb>
of the bundles of Old Rope with which his said<lb></lb>
Waggon was loaded had been taken away but by<lb></lb>
whom this Informant cannot say And this Informt<lb></lb>
further saith that the two Bundles of Old Rope<lb></lb>
now produced are of the same Kind & Quality of<lb></lb>
those with which his Waggon was loaded & are<lb></lb>
to the best of this Informant Opinion & belief the<lb></lb>
two Bundles which were Stolen out of his said<lb></lb>
Waggon at the time & place aforesaid</p>
