That on Tuesday<lb></lb>
last about Six oClock at Night after the<lb></lb>
Candles were light he was down in the forekitchen<lb></lb>
under the Shop when he heard some Glass smash<lb></lb>
that he ran up Stairs into the Shop but not<lb></lb>
perceiving anything imagined it had been at a<lb></lb>
Neighbours then went down into the Kitchen<lb></lb>
again that a fw Mintues after he heard Glass<lb></lb>
rattle again and upon Examinging this Informant<lb></lb>
saw a Large pane of Glass in the front of the<lb></lb>
Shop broke and formed a considerable Quantity of<lb></lb>
Ribbands and other Goods taken & Carried away<lb></lb>
and observed that upon the paper as their the<lb></lb>
Shop Window from whence the Goods had been<lb></lb>
taken there was some fresh Blood as if the<lb></lb>
person who had broke the Glass had Cut themselves<lb></lb>
in the doing of it</p>
<p n="570">And this Informant Benjamin Bealby for<lb></lb>
himself saith that he keeps the Shop in princes<lb></lb>
Street as abovementioned that on Monday last about<lb></lb>
Six oClock at night he had Candles light as<lb></lb>
Usual in his Shop about a Quarter of an hour<lb></lb>
afterwards her was Informed by his Shop Woman<lb></lb>
that the Shop was broke and the Gords gone<lb></lb>
upon which he examined & found that a large pane<lb></lb>
of Glass was broker and a large Quantity of Ribbands</p>
