to this Informants house aforesaid and lay there all night with this Informants<lb></lb>
consent telling him that he had Beat a Watchman a Warrant was granted against<lb></lb>
him and that he had not his Bail ready Says that the next day a Woman who called<lb></lb>

Says that on some person knocking very hard he went to the door and opened it,<lb></lb>

Room, that a Quantity of Silver Plate was taken out of said Box mixed<lb></lb>
with Horse Dung. Says that among said Plate was one two handled Cup which<lb></lb>
appeared to hold about two Quarts, a Silver Coffee Pot, one or two Butter Boats<lb></lb>
a small Saucepan, a Cross Stand for a Dish, a Large Waiter and a Small Waiter<lb></lb>
Eight Candlesticks, one or two Sugar Baskets a Bread Basket several Spoons<lb></lb>
Etc.Says that he saw said Barnard give to his Wife when he came into the<lb></lb>
door as aforesaid, a Number of Morning Rings which were enamelled and<lb></lb>
the Cases of a Gold Watch, Says that said Barnard then sent his Wife to fetch<lb></lb>
one Bochers A Few, Says that after she had been gone about half an hour she<lb></lb>
returned with an Iron Mould for an Ingot, and that about an hour afterwards<lb></lb>
Bochers came with a Furnace made of Tobacco. <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45019_n1612-7">Pipe Clay</rs>

Says that said Bochers made a large Five in said Barnards room with said<lb></lb>
