Third and Stealing thereout Three Silver Tankards of the value of thirty pounds three Silver Cups of the Value of fifteen pounds<lb></lb>
One pair of Silver Candlesticks of the Value of ten pounds three Silver Butter Coats of the Value of three pounds five Silver Salts<lb></lb>
of the Value of three pounds one Silver Lemon Strainer of the Value of twenty Shillings one Silver Soup Spoon of the Value of<lb></lb>
twenty Shillings Nineteen Silver Table Spoons of the Value of ten pounds one Bank Note of the Value of forty pounds Six<lb></lb>
pieces of the Gold Coin of this Realm called Guineas of the Value of Six pounds and Six Shillings one piece of the Gold Coin of this Realm<lb></lb>
called on half Guinea of the Value of ten Shillings and Six peace and one piece of Silver Coin of this Realm called a Crown piece of the<lb></lb>
Value of five Shillings the Goods Chattels and Monies of the said Frances Bingley And that by a certain Jury of the Country between<lb></lb>

the Indictment aforesaid of Felony in Stealing the Goods Chattels and Monies mentioned and Specified in the same<lb></lb>
Indictment But were found Not Guilty of the Burglary And thereupon they the said John Maguiness and <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45018_n4582-7">John Bagnall</rs>
