were severally bound by Recognizance before Joseph Gridler<lb></lb>

of Middlesex</rs>

in the penalty of Forty Pounds each Upon Condition<lb></lb>

give Evidence against the said Thomas Frankling for Feloniously<lb></lb>
Stealing One pair of Worsted Stockings and one pair of Cotton Stockings<lb></lb>
the property of the said Thomas Cashmore And this Deponent Saith<lb></lb>
That on or about the Eighteenth Day of the said Month of February<lb></lb>
this Deponent saw the Constable who took the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45018_n4056-4">Thomas<lb></lb>
Frankling</rs>

was gone into Wales which Information this Deponent<lb></lb>
believes to be true And thereupon this Deponent Apprehended that<lb></lb>
he had nothing more to do with the said prisoner Thomas Frankling<lb></lb>
and therefore gave himself no farther Trouble about it And this<lb></lb>
Deponent Saith That such Neglect was not through any favour or<lb></lb>
Reward or the hope or promise thereof but that such Neglect was<lb></lb>
Occasioned by the means aforesaid and through no other reason or<lb></lb>
Motive whatsoever.</p>
