Oath saith that about the Middle of March last<lb></lb>
this Informant & her Family went out of Town<lb></lb>
did not leave any person in the said House but<lb></lb>
left the Care of it to And Mr. Sheppard a<lb></lb>
Neighbour that the Day before she left her<lb></lb>
said House she locked all her Drawers Chests<lb></lb>
& Cloaths Presses excepting One Chest which<lb></lb>
she could not Lock in which Chest was<lb></lb>
a Quantity of Silver Trimming & a piece of<lb></lb>

now Produced were a part of the said Laces<lb></lb>
which were in the said Chest as abovementd<lb></lb>
that in the beginning of April this Informt<lb></lb>
received Information from Mr Sheppard that<lb></lb>
her House in Town had been broke Open<lb></lb>

that the House had been Robbed & that<lb></lb>
the Cloaths & Linen Press that Mrs. Shephard<lb></lb>
had seen were Locked were broke Open and<lb></lb>
Empty & that the Chest which this Informt<lb></lb>
had not Locked was Empty Upon which she<lb></lb>
returned to Town & examined her Cloaths and<lb></lb>
Linen Press & other Drawers & found that all<lb></lb>
the Table Linen Sheets & other Linen had<lb></lb>
been Stolen out of the Linen press & also<lb></lb>
two feather Beds five Blankets a large Quilt<lb></lb>
a Small Coloured Counterpane & many other<lb></lb>
things also a Table Clock this Informant<lb></lb>
further saith that the Table Linen Sheets<lb></lb>
& other things & also the Clock now Produced</p>
