now present lived as a Servant with<lb></lb>
this Informant for about five Months down to the 3d. or 4th. of Octr.<del>November</del>

last when he turned her away telling her at the same time that She had<lb></lb>
Robbed him but being unwilling to Prosecute her let her go says & that<lb></lb>
the night before he turned her away as aforesaid he had felomorisly<lb></lb>
taken and carried away out of his Till a Quantity of Half pence<lb></lb>
to the amount of between ten and fifteen Shillings which he suspect<lb></lb>
and verily believes was feloniously Stolen taken and carried away<lb></lb>
by the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45010_n2369-3">Ann Willis</rs>

said Felony was Committed vizt. on the 3d. of Oct. last as he verily<lb></lb>
believes (as to the time) about the hour of twelve in the Night the said<lb></lb>

, himself and Jack the boy being up, the said him Willis continued<lb></lb>
up contrary to Custom and insisted upon Jacks going to Bed, says that<lb></lb>
about one o'Clock in and Jack went up Staris in order to go to Bed but being<lb></lb>
then informed by Jack that the sd. Willis had been seen by Ann the same<lb></lb>
Night attempting to open the Till, he this Informant went out of the room<lb></lb>
and looked over the Barnisters, where he had a view of the Barron purpose<lb></lb>
to Watch her, that in about a Quarter of an hour he saw her go into the<lb></lb>
Barr and presently heard the Till fall that he is very sure it was the<lb></lb>
Till by the Noise of the Half pence, that She went out of the Barr presently<lb></lb>
and returned a second time when to again heard the noise of the half pence</p>
