<p n="2354">Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday last about<lb></lb>
two o'Clock he had feloniously Stolen out of his one pair<lb></lb>
of Stairs Room upwards of Twenty Pounds in Cash<lb></lb>
amongst which was about five Guineas in Silver and<lb></lb>
a Particular nine Shillings piece of Gold says that about<lb></lb>

he had not seen said Whittaker for three four Years<lb></lb>
also talked about Longbottom the Officer and in the<lb></lb>
whole kept this Informant in Conversation for about<lb></lb>
a Quarter of an hour, says that presently after said<lb></lb>
Poynton went away he found himself Robbed as aforesaid<lb></lb>
says that a Nine Shilling piece found upon said Poynton<lb></lb>
when he was Apprehended he believes to be the Nine<lb></lb>
Shilling piece which was part of the Money<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

Stolen as aforesaid and this Informants property and<lb></lb>
therefore for this and other reasons he hath curse to<lb></lb>
suspect and doth suspect and verily believe that<lb></lb>
