that being came with the Gout he lies in a Room<lb></lb>
on the Ground floor of his House within which<lb></lb>
is a little Room in which his Man Servant usually<lb></lb>
lies that on Sunday last about half an hour after fice<lb></lb>

fashioned Silver Candlestick three Silver Table<lb></lb>
Spoons nine Silver Tea Spoons one chased silver<lb></lb>
Cream Pot one Sell of blue and white china Cups<lb></lb>
and Saucers and one blue and white English China<lb></lb>
Ware Tea Pot upon which he sent for a Post chaise<lb></lb>
and went to London to Sir <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45010_n1603-3">John Fielding</rs>

which she immediately got up and went down Stairs<lb></lb>
where she found that the Window in <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45010_geo563">the Passage</rs>

the Pantry and Scullery was broke open one of two wooden<lb></lb>

cut through and one half of the Window taken out<lb></lb>
and that the said Silver Candlestick was taken out<lb></lb>
of that Scullery and the other things out of the Pantry<lb></lb>
that on looking carefully at the Window she was of<lb></lb>
opinion it had been taken down from within the<lb></lb>
House and greatly suspected that the Man Servant</p>
