said Holland to loud him two or three Game as which he believes<lb></lb>
was about a fortnight before the Fire happened, but that<lb></lb>
Holland said he had not half a Guinea, says that it was<lb></lb>
not more than a Fortnight before the Fire happened that he asked<lb></lb>
sd. Holland for Money as aforesaid, says that some time before<lb></lb>
this sd. Holland brought a Draft of £14..10s to his House<lb></lb>
to be discounted which he told his Wife wou'd become due the<lb></lb>
18th.. of May and that this was the reason of his asking<lb></lb>
him afterward to lend him a few Guineas, says<lb></lb>
that he recomended sd. Holland to Lady Effingham that when<lb></lb>
he came to her house he was very much reduced as he was<lb></lb>
informed and verily believes, says he this Informt. had<lb></lb>
applied to Lady Effingham before this to lend him Money<lb></lb>

Fifty pounds, says that while<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

was in Newgate he neither sent or went to him</p>
