5 May last tried and Convicted of an assault and were Sentenced to be imprisoned One Year in Newgate for the same<lb></lb>
and Whereas some favorable circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their Behalfs inducing us to Extend our<lb></lb>
Grace and Mercy unto them and to Grant them our pardon for their said Crime on Condition of their Severally Enlisting<lb></lb>
and continuing to Serve us in our Eighth Regiment of Light Dragoons Our Will and pleasure therefore is that upon<lb></lb>
their Enlisting to Serve us in our Eighth Regiment of Light Dragoons as aforesaid they be forthwith delivered over to<lb></lb>
Such person or persons as shall be duly authorized to receive them for that purpose and for So doing this shall be<lb></lb>
your Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the 26 day of July 1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign</p>

in June last tried and Convicted of forgery and<lb></lb>
received Sentence of Death for the Same And Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us<lb></lb>
in his Behalf inducing us to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto him and to Grant him our pardon for the Crime of<lb></lb>
which he stands Convicted on Condition of his being Transported for and during the term of his natural life to the<lb></lb>
Eastern. Coast of <rs type="placeName" id="NAHOCR70007_geo2522">New South Wales</rs>

next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing this shall be your Warrant<lb></lb>
