{Mr Shelton was the Contractor for these Convicts and in the Sign Manual from His Majesty dated 4th. February 1794 giving him that Authority are these Words "We have pursuant to the powers vested in us by the said recited Act thought fit to give directions that the Convicts in the inclosed list should be immediately and Effectually Transported to our Territory of <rs type="placeName" id="NAHOCR70007_geo20">New South Wales</rs>

Stating their Gaol full and though 40 are desired to be removed. 20 only are sent, it is an opening for great partiality in the Removal of Convicts</p>
