House and Bed Chamber's and other Apartments<lb></lb>
(the no Warehouses) and carry on an extensive<lb></lb>
Trade as Merchants in Baying selling and<lb></lb>
Remitting.</p>

to this House and the Merchants Compting<lb></lb>
House and Apartments lay backwards towards<lb></lb>
the Garden and are separate or detached as it were<lb></lb>
from the Rest of the House or their better<lb></lb>

to the Consonalty in general that Merchants in<lb></lb>
the City of London (Natives as well as Foreigners)<lb></lb>
who raise large Fortunes for themselves and<lb></lb>
Family by Trade should take this Method (as<lb></lb>
they frequently do) to screen themselves (as<lb></lb>
Lodgers or Inmates) from serving Ward or<lb></lb>
Parish Offices or Paying to Church and Poor<lb></lb>
whereby a due Rotation is prevented and the<lb></lb>
Weight and Burdon falls the heavier upon others<lb></lb>
of the Parish who are often lessable to serve or pay.</p>
