The next Business that came on was the appointment

Gentlemen present concerning the Repairs of the Church.

And it was insisted by Mr. Hankey that too large an

Expence had been incurred, and that the Sum to be

laid out ought to have been mentioned in the Notices
<

for holding the Vestries. And it was further alledged
