<p n="1756">"and all Expences thereinto belonging.</p>
<p n="1757">" That Mr. Theed had also proposed to take a Lease for the<lb></lb>
"said Term of Twenty one Years at Forty Pounds P Annum<lb></lb>
"If the Parish undertook to be at the whole Expence of the <lb></lb>
"Repairs.</p>
<p n="1758">"That as the Party Wall had not been Condemned when<lb></lb>
"the last Order of Vestry was made, and the Amount of the said <lb></lb>
"several Estimates came so high, the Committee had resolved <lb></lb>
"to state the same, together with Mr. Theeds aforesaid<lb></lb>
"Proposals to the Vestry, that such further Measures might be <lb></lb>
"taken as to the Vestry should seem most fit."</p>
<p n="1759">The said Report and Mr. Theed's Proposals were then<lb></lb>
taken into Consideration, and after some time spent thereon,<lb></lb>
a Question was made and stated to Mr. Theed, Whether he would<lb></lb>
"undertake to Repair the Party Wall and What else was necessary<lb></lb>
"and pay a yearly Rent according".. But Mr. Theed declined<lb></lb>
making any other Proposal than what had been mentioned in <lb></lb>
the said Report.</p>
<p n="1760">Mr. Theed was then desired to withdraw. And it seem'd to <lb></lb>
be the Sense of the major part of the Vestry, the said House<lb></lb>
was worth more to be Let than Mr. Theed had offer'd in either of <lb></lb>
his Proposals.</p>
<p n="1761">Mr. Viner thereupon Moved, That it be Referred back to <lb></lb>
the same Committee to Let the House in the Occupation of <lb></lb>
Mr. Theed upon the best Terms they could, either for the <lb></lb>
Parish to be at the Expence of the Repairs, including the Party-<lb></lb>
-Wall, or the Tenant, as they should think most Advanta-<lb></lb>
-geous to the Parish And being seconded the Question was<lb></lb>
put and Carried in the Affirmative, And It was Ordered <lb></lb>
accordingly.</p>

Question was put and carried in the Affirmative And It was <lb></lb>
Ordered accordingly.</p>
