Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds Expired at Michmas last, and<lb></lb>
that the said Mr. Cass also held by an other Lease from this<lb></lb>
Parish Two Acres and Three Roods of Meadow Ground lying<lb></lb>
also at Ware at the Yearly Rent of Six Pounds ten Shilling<lb></lb>
for the Term of one and Twenty Years from Lady Day 1729.<lb></lb>
which Lease would Expire at Lady Day 1750. But the said<lb></lb>
Mr. Cass is lately dead, and Mr. Green his Representative<lb></lb>
is inclinable to Surrender the said Lease of the <rs type="occupation" id="GLDBMV30501_occ780">Meadow</rs>

Ground, and take a new Lease of both the said Parcells of<lb></lb>

payable half Yearly If this Vestry thought fit to grant<lb></lb>
him such Lease, And the Same was taken into Consideration<lb></lb>
and after Some time Spent thereon The Question was put<lb></lb>
whether This Vestry should Accept a Surrender of the Lease<lb></lb>
now in being of the Two Acres and Three Roods of <rs type="occupation" id="GLDBMV30501_occ781">Meadow</rs>
