and had inlisted himself in the Fencible Regiment<lb></lb>
on the 12th. of June Inst. and aged 36 Years appeared to be very dull<lb></lb>

fran the time that a Master Shoemaker called upon<lb></lb>
him at the above house about Thursday last the 13th.<lb></lb>
Instant and complained frequently of a Pain in his<lb></lb>
Stomach, That Yesterday morning the 16th. Inst. between<lb></lb>
11 and 12 as this Deponent was going up Stairs he<lb></lb>
observed the deceased lying upon the Floor his Bed room with his<lb></lb>
and made no Aanswer when they<obscured></obscured>
to him<lb></lb>
Face downwards and upon examing him he perceived much<lb></lb>
blood on the Floor, upon which being terrified he ran<lb></lb>
down Stairs into Mr. Brown's Room and told him that the<lb></lb>
deceased was either dead or dying as he was speechless and<lb></lb>
much reeking blood about him on the Floor, who<lb></lb>
immediately</p>
