sworn deposeth that about a quarter before nine o'Clock<lb></lb>
last Night his Pot boy came into the House and told him<lb></lb>
that he belived a Man was killed by a Cartwheel going<lb></lb>
over him having falled from off the Foremost Horse and when this Deponent came into the Street<lb></lb>
he saw the Deceased lying on the Footpath and a Person<lb></lb>
supporting him and much blood issued out of his Mouth<lb></lb>
and Mr. Pott a Surgeon the Corner of Pall Mall<lb></lb>
who had been sent for came and upon feeling his Pulse<lb></lb>
declared<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
he would be a dead Man in a few Minutes and<lb></lb>
recommended it to this Deponent to send for two Chin-<lb></lb>
-men to convey him to the Parish Workhouse and this<lb></lb>
Deponent asked him if he was obliged to take him into<lb></lb>
his house and he said no as he was at the Point of death<lb></lb>
but still recommended it to him to send Him to the work house<lb></lb>
which was immediately done at which time he appeared to<lb></lb>
be dead. this Deponent did take the No. of the Cart but<lb></lb>
does not recollect the Number nor does he know to<lb></lb>
whom the said Cart and the two Horses did belong.</p>
