Mr. Smith affirmeth that on Thursday last<lb></lb>
about half part 4 in the afternoon same<lb></lb>
Person brought the deceased into their Shop when<lb></lb>
he appeared to be dead however he open'd a<lb></lb>
Vein in his Arm and also in the jugular Vein<lb></lb>
in his Neck but very little blood issued there<lb></lb>
out this Deponent immediately examined his<lb></lb>
Head and Breast Etc but found no external<lb></lb>
Injury but as blood issued from his Nose &<lb></lb>
Mouth, he is of opinion that he received by the<lb></lb>
Fall a violent Concussion of his Brain<lb></lb>
which was the immediate occasion of his<lb></lb>
