Street 22. being sworn deposeth & saith, that the deced ever brot<lb></lb>

or Saturday Night this Deponent<lb></lb>
did not see him that night, Mr Whittle Journeyman<lb></lb>
to her west the Parish apothecary however<lb></lb>
saw the Deced immediately he was brought in<lb></lb>
& he ordered him to be put to Bed immediately<lb></lb>
the Deced was bled that Might & appeared to her Whittle<lb></lb>
to be intoxicated this Deft. was sent for the following Morning<lb></lb>
& Sunday this Dept. upon Examination found<lb></lb>
a lacrated Wound upon the Poster or part<lb></lb>
of the Head but he did not perceive any<lb></lb>
fracture the Deced was then in a shiped<lb></lb>

wit State but had been delirious all the<lb></lb>
Night this Dept. called in the assistance<lb></lb>
of the Heavitwe Surgeon & this both<lb></lb>
of opinion that there was an Extravacatn<lb></lb>
of Blood upon the Brain & which was<lb></lb>
cataraly the Came of his Death This Dept<lb></lb>
administered such Relief or he Judge access an<lb></lb>
for a Pacor in his Situation which had not<lb></lb>
however the desired effect at the deced died at<lb></lb>
2 o' Clock on Monday the next Morng.<obscured></obscured>
