being sworn Deposeth that about Ten o'Clock on Friday Morning last<lb></lb>
the Twenty eighth instant the Deceased came in Company<lb></lb>
with a Mr. Baker to the old Hummums Hotel and<lb></lb>
enquired of this Deponent if he could have a Bed on<lb></lb>
this Deponent answering in the Affirmative <obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
him up Stairs and after Providing him with a<lb></lb>
Night Cap this Deponent left him in company and<lb></lb>
the said Mr. Barker the reason given by Mr. Barker<lb></lb>
for the Deceased going to Bed that time of the Day<lb></lb>
was that her was just Come off a long Journey, the<lb></lb>
Deceased enquired for a Battle of White Wine but<lb></lb>
or being informed that it was not Sold in the House<lb></lb>
he would not have any said for he appeared quite<lb></lb>
sensible and in the Opinion of this Deponent as<lb></lb>
far as his observation went he did not appear at all</p>
