a House and Sign Painter had lodged with him between<lb></lb>
6 and 7 Weeks and kept regular hours in coming<lb></lb>
home between 10 and 11 at Night that on Sunday<lb></lb>
Evening last the 14th. Instant the deceased came<lb></lb>
to his Lodging about 9 o'Clock and appeared to<lb></lb>
be very solar and said he should getup and<lb></lb>
go out very early the next Morning as he<lb></lb>
had a Job to do in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65233_geo724">St. Pauls Church Yard</rs>

came to enquire after him and this Deponent<lb></lb>
Servant was up to the Deceased Room Door<lb></lb>
and found it locked and perceived the Key<lb></lb>
in the Lock within, whereupon the said<figure rend="mark"></figure>
