his Death, do upon their Oath say That on the Eleventh day of November in the<lb></lb>
Year aforesaid the said Adam Wein was driving a certain Hackney, Coach in the<lb></lb>

within the Liberty and County aforesaid, It so happened that the Horses drawing<lb></lb>
the said Coach took fright, and that the said Hackney Coach was overturned in the said<lb></lb>
High way, by means whereof the said Adamwein then and there Accidentally Casually<lb></lb>
and by Misfortune received a Mortal Fracture in his Collar bone on the Right side and<lb></lb>
Bruises in his Body of which said mortal Fracture and Bruises he the said Adam Wein<lb></lb>
from the said Eleventh day of November in the Year aforesaid until the Fourteenth day of<lb></lb>
the same Month and Year at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid did<lb></lb>
languish and languishing did live on which said Fourteenth day of November in the Year<lb></lb>
aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid he the said Adam Wein of<lb></lb>
the Mortal Fracture and Bruises aforesaid did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon<lb></lb>
their Oath aforesaid do say that the said Adam Wein in manner and by the means aforesaid<lb></lb>
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise.</p>
