his Hand) Knight went out and Deponent Shut<lb></lb>
the Gate too directly, the Deceased however then<lb></lb>
endeavouring to come inKnight was gone for<lb></lb>
about a quarter of an Hour for the Watch, during<lb></lb>
which time the Deceased pounded and made a<lb></lb>
great Noise at the Gate, with his hand several time<lb></lb>
on the top lying to get in, Saying Dam his Eyes<lb></lb>
he'd set the House a flare if he was not let in<lb></lb>
When Knight returned he rang at the Gate, and<lb></lb>
Deponent looked thro' the slide Board, and seeing<lb></lb>
Knight he asked him if he had get any Watch<lb></lb>
for to take this Man (the Deceased away) Knight<lb></lb>
said he had been to Several Places but they were<lb></lb>
gone to Bed but he believed one Watchman would come<lb></lb>
presently, and said Come open the Gate and let me in<lb></lb>
Deponent opened the Gate and Knight came in, used<lb></lb>
at that very instant the Deceased rushed in Deceased</p>
