on his Oath Saith that yesterday about 3 oClock in the afternoon<lb></lb>
in consequence of a Message from the Deceased he came to Mr.<lb></lb>
Brewers, he was showed up to the Deced & found him Ill of<lb></lb>
the Same Disorder he saw him Ill of at Clapham Deponent<lb></lb>
went away on some Business for Major Scotton his Return<lb></lb>
he soon found the Deceased was arrested by Bailiffs, he<lb></lb>
understood that the Arrest was lawful but he thought as the<lb></lb>
Deceased was very Ill they might have desisted for the<lb></lb>
present but they said they could not, the Bailiffs did not<lb></lb>
side any Violence but only insisted upon it that he must go.</p>
