that yesterday Morning he was at Breakfast at Mr Brewers<lb></lb>

rest there, he asked if he had paid for what he had there<lb></lb>
he Swore and Said no, he owed about Two Guineas Mr.<lb></lb>
Bayley took some Money and a Pocket Book in which he<lb></lb>
believes there were some Bank Notesafter some conversation<lb></lb>
Mr. Bayley said he had more influence over Major Scott then<lb></lb>
he had and desired he would please to leave the Room<lb></lb>

Deponent did not see the Baileffs use any Violence but<lb></lb>
