in Bed, and told Dept. that she Spit Blood<lb></lb>
and had done so from the time that she reced<lb></lb>
a Blow from her Husband about Eight Weeks before, and<lb></lb>
that she was well before she received that Blow<lb></lb>
That he struck her with his Knee, either upon<lb></lb>
her Breast or side (Dept. is not sure which<lb></lb>
She said) Says that the Deced lay down<lb></lb>
in the Bed until the last time that Dept.<lb></lb>
said her, when she could not bear to lye do<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
Says that Deced told Dept. that her Husband<lb></lb>
being in Liquor wanted to go out to get<lb></lb>
more Liquor, and that she endeavoured<lb></lb>
to prevent his going out, and that in<lb></lb>
forcing his way out she reced the Blow<lb></lb>
abovementioned, but did not say that it<lb></lb>
was done intentionally. Says that the Deced<lb></lb>
had a Cough which she told Dept. she had ever<lb></lb>
since she reced the Blow from, her Husband,<lb></lb>
and Dept. says that the Spitting of Blood<lb></lb>
and the Cough appear to Dept. to be the<lb></lb>
cause of Deced's death.</p>
