Liberty and County aforesaid, and having hold of an Empty Barge<lb></lb>
there floating, it so happened, that the said Alice Obrien then<lb></lb>
and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell down<lb></lb>
between the said Barges into the said <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65226_geo2194">River Thames</rs>

the Waters thereof was then and there Suffocated and<lb></lb>
Drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning, she<lb></lb>
the said Alice Obrien then and there died. And so the<lb></lb>
Jurors aforesaid, upon their Oath aforesaid, do say<lb></lb>
That the said Alice Obrien in Manner and by the Means<lb></lb>
aforesaid. Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came to <lb></lb>
her Death</p>
