the fourth day of June in the Year aforesaid being employed<lb></lb>

, and standing upon a Water Cart<lb></lb>
drawn by two Horses felling the said Cart with Water in the<lb></lb>
Serpentine River in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty<lb></lb>
and County aforesaid It so happened that the Wheels of the<lb></lb>
said Cart sunk into a Hole, and that the said Jeremiah<lb></lb>
Langton fell off and from the said Cart into the said River<lb></lb>
and in the Water thereof was then and there Suffocated<lb></lb>
and Drowned, of which said Suffocation and Drowning<lb></lb>
