a Corporal came to enquire for Deced, and<lb></lb>
being told by Dept. that she had not seen him<lb></lb>
that Morning He desired Dept. to go up<lb></lb>
Stairs to call him, which she did, and<lb></lb>
on her going into Deced's Room She saw<lb></lb>
the Deced lying on his Back on the Floor<lb></lb>
appearing to be dead<del>but</del>
Dept. did not touc<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
him but came down Stairs very much<lb></lb>
frightened, and acquainted Mr. Jones<lb></lb>
therewith, who went up afterwards, and<lb></lb>
saw the Deceds Fire lock lying upon<lb></lb>
the Floor; and the Iron Rod, Says that she saw<lb></lb>
a Wound in the Deceds Belly on the left side<lb></lb>
made by a Musket Ball, and Dept. think<lb></lb>
that the Deced gave himself the Round<lb></lb>
by Discharging the Piece, which caused<lb></lb>
his Death Says that the Deced has been<lb></lb>
very dull and low Spirited about a<lb></lb>
fortnight and particularly the last two<lb></lb>
or three days.</p>
