Sitting upon the foot Pavemt.<lb></lb>
with his Back against a House, being<lb></lb>
Speechless and unable to move himself<lb></lb>
Says that he and some Sailors intended<lb></lb>
to take the Deced to a Publick House there<lb></lb>

, and Deced was accordingly<lb></lb>
put into a Coach, and this Dept. & another<lb></lb>
Man went with him in the Coach to the<lb></lb>

, and were there told that<lb></lb>
the Deced could not be taken in without<lb></lb>
an Order from an Overseer which was<lb></lb>
procured Says that the Deced never<lb></lb>
spoke in the Coach and that he died in<lb></lb>
the Coach in about a Minute after the<lb></lb>
Coach stopped at the Workhouse Door<lb></lb>
Says that he saw no Marks of violence<lb></lb>
upon the Deced, and believes that he died<lb></lb>
in a natural Way.</p>
