between five and six o'Clock yesterday the<lb></lb>
Deced and another Workman had some words<lb></lb>
above some old Wood which they were to<lb></lb>
take away for themselves, upon which the<lb></lb>
Deced struck the other Man a Blow with<lb></lb>
his Fist upon the left Eye which made it<lb></lb>
black, the Deced having taken off his Cloaths<lb></lb>
says that the other Man upon that returned<lb></lb>
the Blow, and they fought in the Street<lb></lb>
Says that they both dropped down together<lb></lb>
says that they fought again and Deced<lb></lb>
reced a Blow under his Ribs on the left<lb></lb>
side upon which he fell, That he attempted<lb></lb>
to fight again, but was not able, and then<lb></lb>
gave out but said that he was no way hurt<lb></lb>
and each of them went to work in different<lb></lb>
Places, Says that one of the Workman in<lb></lb>
about a Quarter of an hour informed Dept.<lb></lb>
and others that he found the Deced dead upon<lb></lb>
the Stairs leading to the Kitchin in one of<lb></lb>
the Houses upon which they were at Work<lb></lb>
