h is Death, do upon their Oath say , That the said John Victualler on the<lb></lb>
Twenty seventh day of January in the Year aforesaid being at<lb></lb>

by Misfortune took Fire and went off, whereby the said John<lb></lb>
Victualler was violent burnt in his Legs, Higher, Face and<lb></lb>
part of his Body, of which said Burning he the said John<lb></lb>
Victualler at the said Parish of St. Margaret within the Liberty<lb></lb>
and County aforesaid from the said Twenty Seventh day of January<lb></lb>
in the year aforesaid until the fourth day of February in the same<lb></lb>
Year did languish and languishing did live, on which said<lb></lb>
fourth day of February, at the said Parish of St. Margaret within<lb></lb>
the Liberty and County aforesaid, he the said John Victualler of the<lb></lb>
mortal Burning aforesaid did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid<lb></lb>
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said John Victualler<lb></lb>
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune in Manner and by the<lb></lb>
Means aforesaid came to her death and not otherwise<lb></lb>
