good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly<lb></lb>
chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Frances Life came to<lb></lb>
her Death, do upon their Oath say that the said Frances Life not being of<lb></lb>
sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatick and<lb></lb>
distracted, on the Twelfth day of February in the Year aforesaid <lb></lb>
at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, a<lb></lb>
certain Quantity of Mercury did then and there take drink<lb></lb>
and Swallow down, by Means whereof the said Frances Life<lb></lb>
became then and there Sick and distempered in her Body,<lb></lb>
and of the Poison aforesaid, and of the Sickness and Distemper<lb></lb>
thereby occasioned, from the said Twelfth day of December in<lb></lb>
the Year aforesaid until the Thirteenth day of the same Month<lb></lb>
and Year at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid<lb></lb>
did languish and languishing did live, on which said thirteenth<lb></lb>
day of December in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the<lb></lb>
Liberty and County aforesaid she the said Frances Life of the<lb></lb>
Poison aforesaid and of the Sickness and Distemper thereby<lb></lb>
occasioned did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath<lb></lb>
aforesaid do say, that the said Frances Life, not being of sound<lb></lb>
Mind Memory and Understanding but lunatick and distracted<lb></lb>
in Manner and by the Means aforesaid did Poison and Kill herself<lb></lb>
In Witness where of as well the said Coroner as the said<lb></lb>
