Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell down certain<lb></lb>
Stone Steps leading from Duke Street into <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65218_geo1517">St. James's Park</rs>

of the Head of her the said woman unknown, of which<lb></lb>
said Mortal Bruise and Contrision she the said woman<lb></lb>
unknown then and there died. And so the Jurors aforesaid<lb></lb>
upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Woman<lb></lb>
unknown in Manner and by the Means aforesaid<lb></lb>
Accidentally Casually and by misfortune came to her<lb></lb>
