being lame as Dept. believes, and the Near<lb></lb>
Wheel of the Cart passed over the Deced's<obscured></obscured>

Left Lee, but<obscured></obscured>
where there of Passed over the Body and to<obscured></obscured>
of the eight foot, Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced got up and comlained of being<lb></lb>
hurt in his Body, and walked to the Publick<lb></lb>
House Says that the Deced was carried in a<lb></lb>

this Dept. that he was Examined by a Surgeon<lb></lb>
there who said that the Deced was hurt in his Body<lb></lb>
and ordered him to be Fomented, Says that he save<lb></lb>
the Deced on Thursday & Friday at the Hospital<lb></lb>
that the Deced said he was very bad and thought<lb></lb>
he shod. not get over it. Says that Deced died on<lb></lb>
Friday the 3d. day of July instant in the Hospital</p>
