Great Poultney Street on his Oath saith, That he<lb></lb>

Says that he asked the Watchman what was there<lb></lb>
upon which the watchman looked at it, and<lb></lb>
said it was only an old Flag Basket, but did not<lb></lb>
touch it as Dept. thinks, Says that this Morning<lb></lb>
between six and seven o' Clock he saw the Bask<lb></lb>
lying in the same place with a Male Child<lb></lb>
there in which was dead, and begin to look<lb></lb>
Green about the Belly, but Dept. observed no<lb></lb>
Marks of violence thereon.</p>

Neck Head and Body, uncommonly so about<lb></lb>
the Neck, but Dept. cannot say whether the<lb></lb>
Child was Strangled, or died in the natural<lb></lb>
way, the Child appearing to have been dead<lb></lb>
about three days.</p>
