and believes that the Deced shot himself<lb></lb>

house upon Depts. Head<lb></lb>
bidding Dept. keep it on, and on Depts<lb></lb>
thanking Depted, he said that he did not<lb></lb>
mean to give it him, and says that Mr.<lb></lb>
Damer afterwards ordered Mr. Robinson<lb></lb>
to put the Deced's Hat upon Dept. Head<lb></lb>
which he never had done before, And<lb></lb>
Deponent thought that the Deced was not<lb></lb>
so Chearful that Night as he had been before<lb></lb>
when Dept. attended him, And Dept. Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced now not Intoxicated with<lb></lb>
