That the Deced was at one<lb></lb>
End of the Barge and hauling up the Leeboard<lb></lb>
and having the Rope under his Foot upon the<lb></lb>
Gunnell, that the Weight of the Leeboard forced<lb></lb>
the Rope from under the Deced's foot and he<lb></lb>
immediately fell over Board, the Barge being<lb></lb>
then under Sail, Says that he endeavoured to<lb></lb>
assist the Deced but that he did not come above<lb></lb>
water until this Dept. was out of his Reach<lb></lb>
and Deced sunk again and did not rise afterwd<lb></lb>
to Dept. Knowledge and Dept. says that there<lb></lb>
was no Person in the Barge with the Deced and<lb></lb>
this Dept. where Deced fell over board that the Deced was in the Head, and<lb></lb>
Dept. in the Stern, and Says that the Deced was<lb></lb>
Accidentally Drowned</p>
